Once Upon a Fashion♡Junkie

"Fashion fades, only style remains the same." Immortal words spoken by Coco Chanel herself, and a philosophy that I believe should be followed by all. In this "lets-be-followers-not-leaders" world, some find themselves constantly trying to recreate looks from the neighbor, the best friend, the cousin and the most popular girl at school. But once in a blue moon we meet someone who understands that clothes isn't just something to cover your back. That it's an art form, a way of expressing oneself through personal style. And by personal style I mean taking an item of clothing and really making it yours, whether it be mixing and matching something new with something vintage, or using a slinky strapless as a pencil-tight skirt. Reinventing yourself through your clothes, and by doing so, really being "stylish."

To me this is a "Fashion Junkie." Not really loving clothes and shopping for the simple fact that "all women love it," but because it really makes you feel complete. Searching rack from rack and traveling from store to store might make your feet hurt, but when you get home with bags full of new acquisitions and a heart full of excitement, the pain quickly fades away. So if you're a fashion junkie that eats, lives, breathes fashion, this blog is for you.
